Meet The Team

Natasha L. Evans

Lead Art and Design Researcher and Editor

Natasha received her Bachelors of Art and Design Art Education from Salem State University along with her Massachusetts State Licensure in Art Education. While there, she earned the Academic Certificate of Excellence for Art Education. Prior to this, she earned her associate's certificate of Residential Planning from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Natasha has been involved with the art and design industry, for over fifteen years. Her work includes being head artist event creator and promoter of C-Space Dayton, an art space created for members of the grassroots and feminists arts movement of Dayton Ohio. She was the co-founder of the North Shore Arts and Music Festival, an event which served as an affordable place for new and aspiring artists to display and sell their work. This event raised money for local nonprofit arts and music education organizations.

Her life-long love of the arts has led her to collaborate with others on various projects including graphic design, performance art, photography, art directing, makeup artistry, sculpting, and painting. This passion for the arts and expertise in cognitive development allow her to plan for a multitude of appropriate developmental needs. Her understanding of design and her deep appreciation for color help to create lively and fun compositions.

She currently serves underprivileged communities in Coastal Virginia by creating and implementing lesson plans, informational slides, and demonstration videos, which teach visual art, culture, and art history to students.

At On Waves' Design, Natasha serves as the primary art and design researcher and editor. Natasha combines her knowledge of human development and psychology, with science-based research to color and layout choices that fit our client's needs. View Natasha's Personal Work.

Kevin P. O'Connell

Lead Web Developer Front and Back End

Kevin received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in Sculpture and 3D Studies. He received his Certificate of Graphic Design from Salem State University.  His unique perspective coupled with his knowledge of 3D design allows for a new atmosphere and understanding on a 2D platform. With this, he provides design direction for the collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media. His years spent working for a local print firm have allowed him a thorough understanding of the entire printing process; from a sketch, to screen, to press. This grasp on print media allows him to take designs across all platforms, avoiding common mistakes such as poor color conversion.
